1. Our Commitment & Zero-Tolerance Policy
At Digital KPM (accessible via komarapalayam.in and the Digital KPM Android mobile application), we have an absolute, zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
2. Prohibited Behaviors and Content
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Digital KPM and will result in immediate permanent termination and law enforcement referral:
- Creating, uploading, transmitting, broadcasting, or storing any visual, audio, or text-based depiction of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Soliciting, grooming, or attempting to establish contact with minors (including school and college students) for sexual or exploitative purposes.
- Sharing links, phone numbers, codes, or instructions intended to facilitate access to CSAM/CSAE.
- Engaging in sexual extortion (sextortion), harassment, or coercion involving minors.
- Any language, media, or listings that endanger the physical, emotional, or psychological well-being of children.
3. Prevention, Detection, and Moderation
To ensure our safety standards are rigorously upheld across Komarapalayam:
We employ automated text screening and keyword filtering to detect and immediately quarantine prohibited terminology and predatory patterns in accommodation postings, student marketplace listings, and profile bios.
Any content, listing, or user account flagged for potential child safety violations is immediately isolated and reviewed with the highest priority within 24 hours.
Accounts exhibiting suspicious, abusive, or predatory communication patterns are immediately suspended pending full administrative and safety review.

We provide direct, accessible channels for residents, students, and parents to report any suspicious activity, predatory behavior, or inappropriate content:

All child safety reports receive immediate review and priority escalation within 24 hours.
